Project Description :
The MRT Yellow Line Project has its origin at the MRT Chaloem Ratchamongkhon Line (Initial Blue Line) interchange, Ratchada – Lat Phroa Intersection, and runs along Lat Phrao Road down to Bang Kapi Intersection. After then, the alignment is then heading south, along Srinagarindra Road, where it will interchange with the proposed Orange Line at Lam Salee Intersection and continues further until it meets with the Airport Rail Link at Rama 9 Intersection, passing all the way to Phattanakarn, Si Nut, Si Udomsuk, Si Iam and Si Thepha Intersections. After then, the line continues westward along Thepha Rak Road, passing through Green Line interchange, Bearing-Samutprakarn Section, with its destination being located at Samrong Station. The entire route length is about 30 km., and the project components include 23 stations, 1 depot and 1 Park & Ride building.
Main Performance :
- Study feasibility of the project, act as the Consultant as prescribed in the Private Investment in State Undertaking Act, B.E. 2556 (2013).
- Prepare the Request for Proposal (RFP) such as the Private Investments in State Undertakings Act, B.E. 2556 (2013), invitation to tender, terms of reference, draft investment contract, etc.
- Tender evaluation.
- Provide information and recommendations to the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand and the selection committee in accordance with Section 35 of Private Investments in State Undertakings Act B.E. 2556 (2013) in negotiating with the selected tenderer.
- Support other works to the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand and the selection committee under Section 35 of the Private Investments in State Undertakings Act B.E. 2556 (2013).
