Project Description :
To extend Burapha Withi Expressway to Laem Chabang Industrial Complex, Laem Chabang Port, Bang Saen Beach and Pattaya City. The route starts from Chon Buri Toll Plaza as a six-lane elevated highway towards the south along the median of Highway Route No. 3 and diverts to the median of Chon Buri Bypass. Then the route diverts to the south to parallel Highway Route No. 3 through Si Racha District, with an elevated viaduct connecting to Laem Chabang Industrial Complex and Laem Chabang Port to accommodate trucks. Then the route runs to the south through Bang Lamung District to merge Highway Route No. 3 at South Pattaya Road, having a total length of 57 km.
