Project Description :
The 193-kilometre long Bangkok - Rayong high-speed train running at 250 km per hour on 1.435-metre standard gauge railways.
Main Performance :
- Review the previous study of the Ministry of Transport and the State Railway of Thailand (SRT).
- Prepare the special report of Public-Private Partnership Act, B.E. 2556 and the relevant secondary legislations, announcements and guidelines of Public-Private Partnership Policy Committee and State Enterprise Policy Office, Ministry of Finance.
- Propose various investment options and recommend the best option and appropriate organization structure for the SRT’s consideration.
- Prepare an invitation to tender for private investment, terms of reference and draft contract in accordance with Public-Private Partnership Act, B.E. 2556 and guidelines announcement of Public-Private Partnership Policy Committee and State Enterprise Policy Office, Ministry of Finance.
- Prepare the relevant information and documents for presentation to the Minister of Transport Ministry, Public-Private Partnership Policy Committee and the cabinet as required by the SRT.
