The alignment starts at intersection between Highway Route No. 35 (Thonburi-Pak Tho) and Highway Route No. 3097 (Amphoe Ban Phaeo Intersection) (about Sta. 41+500) and ends at Highway Route No. 325 Intersection (Samut Songkhram Intersection) (about Sta. 62+800), a total length of about 21 km.
